The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (Filipino: Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas; abbreviated as PUP and commonly known as PUP Sta. Mesa and PUP Manila) is a coeducational, research state university located in Santa Mesa, Manila, Philippines.
It was founded on October 19, 1904 as the Manila Business School, under the Division of City Schools – Manila as the city's business school.
You will hear a lot of ghost stories in any school, one if this PUP ghost story below. While the one on the picture was a ghost boy with a bag caught in a selfie picture. I'm not sure if it's true of not.

"She was once there and she never left," according to one housekeeper of PUP Jasmin hostel, reluctant to tell the exact room number of the so-called "haunted room."
Residents of the hostel reveal that every time they pass by the corridor during late afternoon and early in the morning, they could hear murmurs and cries coming from the haunted room.
Stories say that a female nursing board examinee committed suicide inside the room. Many have had experiences seeing her walking in her nursing uniform at the middle of the night or appearing in bathroom mirrors-with blood on her face.
