Duterte questions the credentials of his political rival. He further added that being a Wharton graduate is not true.
He even added that he will slap Mar Roxas on his face when they see each other. Duterte made this statement when Roxas insists that Davao’s peaceful city image is not true.
In response, Roxas dared Mayor Duterte to slap him on his face if the Mayor can prove that his allegations are true when he return to Davao City.
