I think this is just normal. We are human beings and sometimes we utter words that are inappropriate.
Just like the case of Ms. Georgina Wilson. I think it's just accidental but the only problem is that she is using her microphone at that time and millions of people were tuned in, on It's Showtime.
Being on National TV is not a joke, you really have to be very careful with your words and expressions as you might utter words like that.
